From my experience spanning over 17 years in M&A/investment consulting, I realized something simple yet profound: wealth without clarity, purpose and structured education becomes fleeting. LT.Wealth was born out of the desire to rewrite how individuals understand and build prosperity—not by simply reacting to events, but by architecting wealth with intention, structure and long-term vision.

TalentFinanciar.ro is the first step for many future members of the LT.Wealth community. How did the idea come about?
Through my interactions with entrepreneurs, investors, and executives, I noticed that financial decisions are deeply influenced by personality traits. TalentFinanciar.ro is Romania’s first tool designed to scientifically map each individual’s “financial thought structure.” It’s more than a test—it’s a mirror through which you understand how you perceive risk, react to uncertainty and can optimize your investment strategies.
How was the TalentFinanciar.ro tool developed?
We collaborated with experts in behavioral psychology and sociology to adapt the Big Five model to investment decision-making. We started with rigorous qualitative research—identifying behavioral patterns among Romanian investors—and we are continuing with a large-scale quantitative study aiming to map the financial talents of 10,000 Romanians by the end of 2025 in order to get a good representation of the local population.
What have you discovered so far about Romanian investors’ profiles?
Romanians display high emotional stability and strong investment discipline but tend to have a lower openness to innovative financial instruments. This combination creates extraordinary opportunities when guided strategically: building resilient portfolios while gradually educating toward diversification and innovation. The local average includes a a high conscientiousness score, proving that most of the people have a strong foundation on which to apply investment knowledge and strategies.
What is the biggest mistake you see investors make?
Confusing information with wisdom. Today, we have more access than ever to data, opinions and trends. If you open a shorts platform you are guaranteed to find someone advocating for any idea. But without reflection, self-awareness and deliberate planning, this abundance of information can cause more harm than good. Excessive noise induces decision paralysis. At LT.Wealth, from the very first step, we encourage clients to become the architects of their own strategy and to separate chaff from grain.
In your vision, what does true financial success look like?
